I really do not know how a Monday through Friday period can take so long to pass but a weekend can just fly by. Ugh. It was back to work again today and this is a start of a long stretch since I have to work this weekend as well.
Saturday we were recuperating from the party madness the night before. We went out on our usual weekend yard sale routine. We stopped by http://www.newalbanyfarmersmarket.com on our way home to buy some blackberries.

We wandered by a cutie patootie that was looking for a new home. I would like to introduce you all to the newest member of the Hankins' family....Momma Mia....She comes to live with us on Thursday after we dog proof the house and break the news to the cats.

Mia is 1 year old. She is part beagle and part dachsund. She is long like the dachsund with a little bit longer legs...but still short. She is a sweety. I hope my cats are nice to her.
