Saturday Supper

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but we usually eat out on Saturday nights. Most weeks we go to church at 6 and by about 7:30 we are looking for a place to eat supper. By that time there is usually no place in southern Indiana where you can eat without waiting (excluding any place with a drive-thru).

Tonight we laid down for a nap and did not make it up in time to go to church. We had some puppy supplies to get a pet smart so off we go on a quest for supper. Although not glamorous we chose Denny's. Got our seat and started looking at menus. Hostess took our drink order and brought them.....then we wait for our waitress.......and wait.....and wait.......and wait. They can't even use the excuse that they were busy. The entire time there were 3 waitressess standing around talking. After about 15 minutes we got up and left. The manager didn't even seem troubled....when we got up to leave they said....oh well we will cover you drinks. No I'm sorry or attempt at explanation at all.

We ventured to the Bass Pro Shop which we had never been to before. Talk about sensory overload for the kiddos. We had a lovely dinner at the Islamorada fish company. Found some good bargains on some cute outfits too.

Mia got a new collar. Maddie picked it out. It is pink with rhinestone hearts. Pictures to come later. My dog is more stylish than I am.
